Title: Jenell Mckinney's Squash Relish

Yield: 1 Batch

2tsSalt
8cChopped squash - mixture of yellow and - zucchini for color
1cChopped onion
1cChopped green pepper
1cChopped green tomato
2cVinegar
2 1/2cSugar
1tsMustard seed
1tsCelery seed

Sprinkle salt over vegetables. Let set for one hour; drain.

Boil rest of ingredients and add drained vegetables Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
